Order Status Glossary:

  • Billed-Your order has been shipped. You can click on the view order link to see the tracking number and to track your shipment. If you used a credit card, your order will be billed as of the date indicated.
  • Pending Fulfillment-Your order is in our fulfillment system and we are waiting to receive the item you ordered from our vendor. Your order will ship immediately upon receipt of the item.
  • Pending Approval-Your order is in the system, but we are holding it until we have payment verification.
  • Cancelled-Your order has been cancelled.
