FAQ

Q: Do you ship Internationally?
A: We currently ship internationally on a very limited basis, primarily to Canada. If you live outside North America and would like to purchase from us, please contact Sales and let us know which country you are in.

Q: How is payment accepted for international orders?
A: With the exception of Canada, International orders will only be shipped upon the succesful receipt of funds through a wire transfer. We do not and will not accept credit cards from anywhere in Asia, Europe, Latin America or Africa as we have no way of verifying their legitimacy. Wire transfer instructions follow:

Add $85.00 USD to your order for shipping and international money transfer fees. You are responsible for all duties and other import fees. After you have sent your wire, contact Customer Service with your order and we will fulfill it upon verification of recipt of payment. Contact Customer Service with any questions you may have.

Q. Who pays for the Duties and Tarifs on international shipments?
A. The customer pays for all duties and tarifs that are required on International shipments. These must typically be paid at the time of delivery and are exclusively the responsibility of the customer. If the customer chooses to return their international purchase, they will qualify for a full refund of their purchase, less any additional shipping costs that we incur above what they have paid. We cannot and will not refund duties and tarifs on these shipments. We do not assess these fees and are unable to reimburse customers for them. We understand that, in some cases and with the correct documentation, these fees can be refunded by the Tax agency that assesses them. We are not experts in this area cannot assist in this process beyond providing proof of delivery, proof of purchase and proof of return.
